Returns
You may return most new and unused items within 7 days of delivery for an exchange or store credit. To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original packaging, unused, and in the same condition as received. Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are non-returnable for hygiene or customization reasons, such as:

Return Process

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, please notify us within 3 days of delivery at [email protected] with a photo of the product and packaging. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days. Refunds are issued as store credit or to the original payment method (for applicable regions offering online payment).
Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
For COD purchases, refunds are provided as store credit or through bank transfer, processed within 7–10 business days after return approval.
